With the order given by Governor Holcomb we wanted to provide a quick update.

Commercial Service and our employees are identified as essential to continued infrastructure viability. As such, we believe we have a special responsibility to maintain (as much as possible) our normal work schedule in order to provide these critical services.

We take this responsibility very seriously and we are doing everything in our power to safeguard the health and safety of our employees, families, clients and community.

You will continue to see our vans and technicians out in the community working to keep mechanical systems clean and functional. We have new procedures in place that will allow physical/social distance while still being able to meet the requirements of the work we are performing.

If anyone in your home or business is sick for any reason, please let us know and we’ll work to re-schedule your appointment. Charlie Laughlin is often the smiling face you’ll encounter when you work with Commercial Service. Charlie grew up in Bloomington, Indiana, and went to college in Cincinnati, Ohio. After his graduation, he decided to move back to Indiana. He and his wife, Jen, have been married since 2006, and have three children and two dogs.
