As many of our customers know, there are a ton of things that can go wrong with older HVAC units—and that’s why we’re happy to have Jeremy on our team. For twelve years, he’s been keeping older HVAC units working properly. There’s a lot to the job as a Service Technician, and he takes personal pride in what he does at Commercial Service.
Jeremy is a people person and thrives around his customers. “My job is to take care of the customer, number one,” he says. His customers often smile when he comes through the door, and he’s even had hugs! He believes his customers know, without a doubt, that Commercial Service has their best interests at heart.
Jeremy has tremendous respect for his team. “It’s very rewarding to do something that has a positive outcome, but it’s not just due to me,” he explains. “It’s due to the whole group of people that I work with. I couldn’t do it on my own.”

My name is Jeremy Rogers. I’m a Service Technician on the residential side. Been here about twelve years or so. When we get here in the morning, we basically throw away the trash from the previous day. We go through the schedule and find out what kind of filters we need, what kind of problems we’re having, maybe where the location is at. Any questions we have we try and go over that in the office.
My job is to take care of the customer, number one. We get people that smile when we come through the door, greet us, I’ve had hugs. Because they know we have their best interest at heart.
