When it comes to company-customer relationships, there is one thing Commercial Service always relies on: trust. And to team member Bob Russ, trust is exactly what stands out about Commercial Service.
Bob started his career in Commercial Service’s plumbing division over 4 years ago. As a Residential Plumbing Technician, his day consists of responding to common plumbing problems like, leaky plumbing hardware, problems with water heaters, or clogged drains.
To Bob, there’s nothing more satisfying than a job well-done. “It’s gratifying to me to be able to, you know, fix something that’s broken,” he says. “I don’t know why that’s such a good feeling, but it is.”
In the video below, Bob shares his thoughts and experiences working at Commercial Service:
Having that interaction with the customer, and knowing what they want, and them trusting us. I think that’s what stands out about Commercial Service.
My name is Bob Russ. I’m a Residential Plumbing Technician for Commercial Service. We get a lot of, like, emergencies, where people, you know, have to call in that day. And, you know, “I have a leak,” or “I have a drain that’s backing up,” or whatever. So, my duties are residential plumbing service. So I do house calls—people call in with problems with water heaters, or drains, or water lines—whatever. And um… And I go and fix those issues.
We all really love what we’re doing. You know, I feel like everyone else in the company loves their job and loves what they’re doing. So, it’s gratifying to me to be able to, you know, fix something that’s broken. I don’t know why that’s such a good feeling, but it is.
