The more you know...

Having that interaction with the customer, and knowing what they want, and them trusting us. I think that’s what stands out about Commercial Service.

My name is Bob Russ. I’m a Residential Plumbing Technician for Commercial Service. We get a lot of, like, emergencies, where people, you know, have to call in that day. And, you know, “I have a leak,” or “I have a drain that’s backing up,” or whatever. So, my duties are residential plumbing service. So I do house calls—people call in with problems with water heaters, or drains, or water lines—whatever. And um… And I go and fix those issues.

We all really love what we’re doing. You know, I feel like everyone else in the company loves their job and loves what they’re doing. So, it’s gratifying to me to be able to, you know, fix something that’s broken. I don’t know why that’s such a good feeling, but it is.

Outstanding Customer Service

When it comes to company-customer relationships, there is one thing Commercial Service always relies on—trust. And to team member Bob Russ, trust is exactly what stands out about Commercial Service.

Bob started his career in Commercial Service’s plumbing division over 4 years ago. As a Residential Plumbing Technician, his day consists of responding to common plumbing issues like leaky plumbing hardware, problems with water heaters, or clogged drains.

To Bob, there’s nothing more satisfying than a job well done. “It’s gratifying to me to be able to, you know, fix something that’s broken,” he says. “I don’t know why that’s such a good feeling, but it is.”
