Five years ago, Mindy Query joined the Commercial Service team and found a career that truly makes her happy. “There is not a single day that I wake up in the morning that I dread to come to work,” she says.
As the Commercial Contract Manager, Mindy’s responsibilities involve organizing contracts for commercial clients. Concise data entry is the key to keeping the commercial-side of Commercial Service operating smoothly, and Mindy’s organizational talents make sure that happens every time. She even occasionally joins dispatchers and technicians on site visits to ensure the jobs can be completed successfully.
Mindy takes pride in being a Commercial Service team member. The company’s dedication to putting customers and clients first is one of her favorite aspects of the job. “Our customers are really everything to us because we concentrate on providing the best service possible to keep our customers returning time and time again.”
