Behind the Service: Charlie Laughlin
Charlie Laughlin is often the smiling face you’ll encounter when you work with Commercial Service. He’s a husband and father of three, and also serves as our Vice President of Residential Operations. Charlie takes a lot of pride in what he does at Commercial Service and is devoted to bringing the personal touch of a small business to customers and employees alike.
“You know, there’s two very important parts of our business: they are our customers and our employees. We wouldn’t be anywhere without them,” he states.
He spends a majority of his time scheduling the service technicians, helping those who work in field support, and also aiding with the technical issues that arise on the job. He believes, “it’s the interaction between the people, the technicians, and the homeowner, that [he’s] never seen anywhere else. The technicians get to know the homeowners; they get to know the clients.“
To Charlie, “commercial-grade service for your home is an expectation that we’re going to be there. To me personally, it means having the resources to stand behind the things we’re telling you we’re going to be able to do.”
