Commercial Service has had the pleasure of working with Adam Sater for 29 years. He initially started as a Part Runner and worked his way up to our Vice President of Commercial Operations. Since joining, Adam has had many roles in the company. He first worked as a part runner, then installer, then warehouse manager, then dispatcher in service department, then service manager. As a Bloomington local, he is dedicated to the people of the community and, especially, the customers and clientele of Commercial Service.
Three words that Adam would use to describe Commercial Service are loyalty, service, and family. Whether the company is servicing customers or working internally, Commercial Service operates with integrity and respect toward everyone involved.
“We give same day service over and over and over. No matter what time of day it is, no matter if it’s a holiday. If it’s Thanksgiving and you’ve got family over and your furnace goes out and we’re there for you,” he says.
He and his wife, Audra, have been married for over 18 years, and have two children — a son named Coleman, and a daughter named Winnie.
While his position is demanding, he always strives to exceed customer expectations.
“My responsibilities include managing our commercial department for both heating & cooling and plumbing. We have a very fast-paced environment. We’re all constantly busy, constantly moving, and constantly working towards that goal of taking care of the customer.”
