Faucets

Not only are dripping sounds from leaky faucets annoying, they're also water wasters. Leaky faucets can waste more than 3,000 gallons of water a year. Get some peace and quiet and save water when you call our plumbers. With years of experience working with all brands and all types of faucets, we can fix those loose and leaky faucets with ease. It doesn't matter how big or small of a job, we can repair your bathroom or kitchen sink.

Showers

Everyone enjoys a nice, relaxing shower—until the water is trickling down from the shower head or the water is draining slowly. Clogs in showers and tubs are usually caused by hair and soap buildup in the trap and drainpipe. Our skilled technicians can  clean the drain  of any and all debris, restoring proper drainage.

Toilets

Typical toilet problems include clogs or toilets that run after flushing. If a toilet requires plunging on a regular basis, there is probably an obstruction in the trap or further down the drainpipe. If you hear water running in your toilet tank for extended periods after a flush, then your toilet is leaking. Water is running down the overflow tube and wasting gallons of water daily. Meaning money is coming out of your wallet for water you aren’t even using!

Disposals

Garbage disposals  make for an easy cleanup after meals until they aren’t functioning properly. If you’ve noticed a bad odor or grating noise when using your garbage disposal—it might be time to give us a call. Common problems with disposals are leaks, jams, or it has simply stopped working. While routine garbage disposal maintenance will keep your equipment in the best working condition possible, the fact is that you are going to have to have your system repaired at some point.

Dishwashers

Dishwashers make whosever night it is to do the dishes a lot easier. For that reason, these appliances can be overworked and need repairs. There are many problems that can cause a dishwasher to malfunction. Drain lines can become clogged with food or other debris, and water lines may become clogged or kinked.

Sewer Line Replacement

Commercial Service has the residential plumbing expertise and special equipment needed for drain and sewer line repair and replacement. We can fix drain lines and sewer lines from problems such as blockage, leaking joints, roots in sewer pipes, and broken, cracked, offset or collapsed pipes.

Sump Pumps

Sump pumps collect and dispose of extra water, that way your basement or home doesn't experience any flooding. It is also a good idea to have a battery powered backup sump pump installed. That way you can avoid a costly restoration of your basement when the worst rain storm hits and causes your system to lose power.

Your system should be inspected and cleaned once a year to keep it operating as intended. Pumps that run frequently due to a higher water table or wet weather conditions should be serviced more often. Commercial Service can provide inspections, cleanings, and installations of sump pumps.

Backflow

Backflow is the reverse flow of dirty water through the clean water lines. Commercial Service suggests a series of measures and backflow prevention devices. Backflow can be prevented in two ways, either through installation of an approved air gap that provides a physical separation between the contaminant and the drinking water supply; or mechanical devices such as a check valve or assemblies that prevent backflow from occurring.
